When I move my widgets they do not stay there permanently. No help topic to keep them in the place where I put them.

Right now, I have a trademark collection but when I log-in I have to click on "View a saved collection" and select it so that the trademark status updates are displayed. If you only have a single collection it should be automatically displayed. If you have multiple collections, you should be able to set a default collection to be displayed when you log in. The requirement to select your collection is unnecessary and... more »
When I try to create a Trademark Collection with all trademarks that I am associated with (e.g. where the attorney is me) it says "More than 1000 results found."
This is rather curious because if I do the same search on TESS, it accurately identifies the less than 50 marks for which I am the attorney.
The submission links received from TEAS do not go through the MyUSPTO.gov account and thus require logging into Financial Manager to pay fees in a trademark submission. This occurs regardless of whether a trademark submission is prepared under the MyUSPTO.gov account, or via TEAS directly. It would be helpful if the TEAS Submission Link email included an additional link that launched through MyUSPTO.gov in order to... more »
Please allow Manuals and other items like that to be added to Favorites. I would like to add for example a link to the TM Design Code Manual. That is hard to find. Madrid links and Form links would also be handy. THANK YOU.
Can it be set up that when you do a filing through your myuspto.gov account, that the trademark you filed under is then automatically added to your collections list if it is not already there?
I am so glad that a My USPTO page was developed. However, it is way too complicated and designed in a much too busy way. And, it does not even show my filings, at least not anywhere that I can see. It seems like my filings should go automatically to the My USPTO page. It seems like the menus and things could be designed much better on these pages to make it easier to see what are choices belonging within a grouping... more »
It would be nice to be able to print a list of the trademarks in the collections and it would also be nice to see if you have the same trademark in more than one collection
Sorting and searchability options within my trademark docket would be useful.
When you create a collection of trademarks using the attorney name as the filter, the collection should update itself each time a new application is filed under that attorney's name. Otherwise, the collection is useless. In other words, I should not have to create a new collection (or have to go in physically to add the new application to the collection) every time I file a new application.
Can a search function be added to the trademark docket collection widget? In other words, if I only wanted to see marks owned by one applicant, or if I only wanted to see live marks, I would want a filter to be able to do that easily. Additionally, there does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to how trademark docket entries are organized--they are not in alphabetical order by mark, they are not in order of status, they... more »
Do you think you will add more features to the Trademark Docket, similar to what IP docketing software provides? A sortable column with upcoming/next due dates would be helpful as well as a calendar feature to see all due dates in a given period of time. Additionally, email reminders regarding deadlines as they approach would be extremely useful. I know this may be a lot to ask, but was wondering if any additional functionality... more »
Please - Please show images n the TM Docket all logos without a literal element are difficult to find.
ALSO please add a search feature to TM Dockets so I can find a mark in th long list by ser no or other parameter, THANKS!
The system should show more than 1000 records and/or have the ability to filter on the items > 1000 and show those 1000 results. This is especially important if using a common name, e.g., Smith.
