Use myUSPTO to link Customer Numbers and EFP files

Would be great to use myUSPTO to link the following: - Users (myUSPTO accounts) - Firms/Companies (Customer Numbers) - Attorneys/Agents (EFP files) - Accounting (USPTO Financial) Attorneys could allow users access to their filing credentials, change their info, etc. Firms and companies could add/remove users and attorneys on their customer numbers and financial accounts. Individual Accounts

I would love to be able to to have a user account linked to my individual inventor file. I would like to have all of my patent applications located under my account and customer number. I would like to have the option of viewing my status and all of the particulars of my individual account. I would like auto suggestions and email updates.

Firm vs. Individual Users

It's not clear whether you are setting up a system in which every member of a firm who files an application would need a separate uspto.gov account or whether the account should be in the name of a single firm administrator. It appears that you want individual accounts, however, firms typically use a single email address for all uspto correspondence, so it is not possible for individuals to each set up an account. It would be nice if we could monitor patent applications that we have filed under our customer number right away. For some reason, it seems you have to wait until they are published.

There is no reason for having these constant password changes. This only makes it more difficult to use.
