Connect OEDIS-CI to MyUSPTO

In order to change my official contact information. I need to mail in a form or login into the Office of Enrollment of Discipline. This happens very rarely (2-10 years) and many practitioners don't bother to update it. It would be much better if it was tied to the MyUSPTO account.

A better way of verifying you are the right person. Implement 2 or 3 step verification. Each step a cookie could be used to confirm you were the one who did the prior step.

Firm vs. Individual Users

It's not clear whether you are setting up a system in which every member of a firm who files an application would need a separate uspto.gov account or whether the account should be in the name of a single firm administrator. It appears that you want individual accounts, however, firms typically use a single email address for all uspto correspondence, so it is not possible for individuals to each set up an account. ADD TO FAVORITES

Please allow Manuals and other items like that to be added to Favorites. I would like to add for example a link to the TM Design Code Manual. That is hard to find. Madrid links and Form links would also be handy. THANK YOU.

PTAB link

Allow one-click access to PTAB e2e through MyUSPTO. Better still, provide PTAB docket info and access directly in My USPTO.

Patents

MyUspto password strength requirement is to high.

At least give us the option of using a weak password for a non-essential feature. Password requirements for MyUspto password are very high. So high that I have to write down my password. As a general rule. I only use strong passwords on websites that affect money or business. I use weak passwords for the rest. MyUspto falls into the category of websites that provide useful information. That docketing feature... more »

Patent Docket

It would be nice if we could monitor patent applications that we have filed under our customer number right away. For some reason, it seems you have to wait until they are published.

Patent Center - myUSPTO

Suggestions for Patent Center 1. In the USPTO Fees section, allow for searching of fees, similar to the ability to search for forms. While searching by category is nice, it would be great if we could drill down deeper (for example, searching by description of fee (key words) or fee code (when confirming correct codes were charged)). 2. In the Patent Docket section, if would be nice to be able to set this up by customer... more »

trademark collections

It would be nice to be able to print a list of the trademarks in the collections and it would also be nice to see if you have the same trademark in more than one collection

PATENT DOCKET_Email alerts for changes in Image File Wrapper

Dear Sir/Ma'am, Firstly, heartfelt gratitude for providing email-notifications for "change in status" for public patents and patent applications under Patent Dockets widget in MyUSPTO. It is a welcome move and would help Patent analyst community across the globe immensely. I wish to share an idea that can this facility be extended to provide email alerts for "changes in Image Wrapper" for public patents and patent applications?... more »
