Right now the user name and password grant full admin access to the account. Paralegals should have permission to log in and pay using secure credentials, but should not have full admin access to the account.
At least give us the option of using a weak password for a non-essential feature. Password requirements for MyUspto password are very high. So high that I have to write down my password. As a general rule. I only use strong passwords on websites that affect money or business. I use weak passwords for the rest. MyUspto falls into the category of websites that provide useful information. That docketing feature ...more »

Auto-link a mark to a profile/docket based on the email address in the attorney of record field. Many firms use one email address on all marks filed, so the account associated with that email address (the firm administrator) could then delegate a mark to the appropriate individual's profile, while still keeping the master list of marks in one account. In my view, this would be incredibly useful.
It could be useful if in
MyUSPTO - Patent Docket - Collection there is a link/jump/shortcut to Fees Payment for each patent copying the pantent/application numbers.
Don't require so many extra security features in password. 12-character size is too long. Need for both number and special character is too much.
I use the "PATENT DOCKET" and think that it is convenient. I am however not satisfied with the link on the "Application #". When I notice that one of the applications in my collection has a status change, I want to see new documents, which are now available in the "Image File Wrapper" of the "Public PAIR". Although there is a link on the "Application #" in the "PATENT DOCKET", this link only leads to the portal of the ...more »
This may become more useful when there are more widgets available but it would be nice to have an Expand All and a Collapse All button in the upper right corner of the page so that you can quickly open any not already open or close any that are not already closed instead of having to do one at a time.
It would be nice if we could monitor patent applications that we have filed under our customer number right away. For some reason, it seems you have to wait until they are published.
I would like to be able to manage ALL of my patents and trademarks together, in one dashboard. As an inventor, I'm sure there are many others like me who have that same issue. That's what a dashboard does, and makes common sense to do.
And that means pending patents, approved patents, pending trademarks, approved trademarks, etc. together, all on one page where they can then be further drilled down into.
It would be nice to have choose, for example, two columns spanning the width of the screen rather than three.
I would love to see the my.uspto.gov system add new trademarks to my docket based on the correspondence e-mail. That way I would not need to do this manually for every one of my trademark applications and would provide status change alerts without signing up for a third-party service.
