I have received the same email notifications for 8 trademarks each day for the past 4 days. The status is the same as the previous notifications but when I look at the mark online the status has been updated. I have not received the new status update notifications.

It would be great if users could upload all the cited art associated with an IDS at one time like a Dropbox-type mechanism rather than one-by-one.
The document descriptions need to be set up a better way with more consistency as well as updated to include more types of documents. Possibly even a write-in field could be added so users can label their documents more specifically than "miscellaneous incoming letter."
The IDS form should be redesigned to be more manipulateable - i.e., the ability to delete rows in the middle or at the top of a section, and the ability to paste in a column of patent numbers (for example) from an Excel spreadsheet rather than having to input each line one-by one.
Under the Domestic Benefit/National Stage Information section, since the first radio button labeled "Remove" does not work, could it be changed to "Add" instead (that works), so that when we file a Continuation, Divisional, or Continuation-in-part application we can simply use the ADS from the parent application and choose the "Add" button to add our priority application?
